I hear leaders of two different alliance I was going for and the Leaders of these alliances suggest I move my castle closer for easier protection. You can move it once for free then it'll cost you 5,000 rubies the next time. No one is telling me how I can move my castle. Can anybody tell me the process or steps in moving my castle?

click on the economy button (should look like a box). Then Management (should look like a chair) then click on the bottom right picture (should be a brief case). Then select a open area that has a red outline.
