Hi guys lately my main account lvl 28 baron account name will12321 has been hacked and i cant seem 2 log on or anything my hacker has send me messages please if u know any way 2 stop this please conntact my spare account called crefulwilzy the castle name is Main acc hacked please tell me i u know how 2 stop it or any other infomation about getting hacked:(;(?(X(:S

Ask for a password reminder which comes to your email, so u can enter your main account.
Then change password there for a complicated one, and do not tell anybody.

You must have gave your password out. I highly doubt someone would use top-secret technology worth tens of thousands of $$ to hack your GGE account.

Well, that depends on what algorithm you use, due to the fact that there are some pretty well known ones out there.
Well, at least for cracking passwords.

check your computer for viruses, spyware, malware, keyloggers etc.

Include in the support request that you have two accounts and share passwords.

For sure this will be a case of pw being scammed rather than hacked. Almost certainly this player will have shared pw with friends who then shafted him. Try to reobtain account via pw reset. If you didn't do that there will be no way back into your account.
