How do you form an alliance, it's a mission I need to complete and have no clue how to do it...

Reach level 5. Click on the alliance button (the one with two holding hands). There will be an option to form an alliance (with a fee of course).

go to the bottom left corner of the screen, click the alliance button, then click make alliance. it costs like 500 rubies though.

To form an alliance go to the bottom left corner click the hands then click the hands with a rubie pay for it then do what it says
