hi, how do i raise the storage capacity?

Welcome to the forum ^...^
As far as I know, the primary way to increase it is upgrading the storage capacity by upgrading (or building) the storage in your castle(s) when possible, specifically at levels 4, 10, 18, 27, 33, 39 and 45 you will unlock the upgrades for each of the 7 levels of the storage.
And if they didn't changed you earn slightly (hardly anything) more capacity upgrading the keep at a certain level.

It is about time to raise the storage capacity for higher level players.
