good day,
I am new to the game and whenever I try to attack a Robber Baron castle I get a message that I need to hire a spy for espionage
Where/how do I find a spy?

please help

First you don't need to hire a spy for espionage. You can attack blindly or without knowing what is there.

However, if you want spies for espionage you have to build a tavern in your main castle.

Go into construction and in military,there'll be a building called a tavern, you can build a max. of 3 of them. Hope this helps.
