In all the times I have attacked using spy reports, I have never been let down. But maybe that's because my target's alliance was small. Can anyone put up someways to attack without using spy reports?

Yess, full shield walls or ruby mantlets with a full ranged attack on the first two waves, then pour in Melee on the third for the battle at thekeep. Thats abut as much as i know.

Thanks Aidan There's been a player that attacks my new OP. I think I will try this on him. (Attacking in everwinter is the best )

anyway yeah you are right but i'm kinda upset that only lv 70s can take those places there is no hope for anyone thats lower than lv 60 at least and if you do get it you will lose it to the misc or many=streagth so on that and it seems impossible for me get any RVS today after i sent 25 attacks with wolves on a fresh spawn i get nothing

You are so right in your statement "nobody even knows what one is"Being in an alliance who has quite a few towers, I can say that it's a veritable noob-fest since the update.
Every level 10 player really wants a royal tower, although not a single one of them has any idea what it even is.
I might start a new thread, but for now I'll post this simple idea:
If a player is too low level to capture an outpost, why are they allowed to attempt to capture royal towers AND capitals?
Can we please restrict these end game, kudos items to higher levels? Noob attack after noob attack gets a bit boring after a while.
So What is it ? and how do I get one... You say level 10... I am higher and have yet to see one offered...

Being in an alliance who has quite a few towers, I can say that it's a veritable noob-fest since the update.

You don't get offered them, they are just there.
King's Towers have one purpose, and that is to increase attack strength when trying to capture metropolises and capitals, and to be in a position to attempt that,you need to be in a very strong alliance, as they are in the hands of very strong alliances.
If for some strange reason a noob ever managed to get one, they would own it for less than 20 minutes.

You can't put loot into the loot store house, all the loot store house does is it enables you to capture RV's.

It does tell. You just have to spy the castle when support is there.
