I keep trying to get a outpost just don't no how to do it help please

They want rubies to unlock them beyond the first level.

Just got my second tier glory symbol, that would give me +7% glory in attacks?  GGE gave me 250 rubies for the achievement, and they're asking _6,500_ of them to unlock the symbol.

But anyway, the first tier effects are as follows (I unfortunately didn't think to write down the unlock price)

First symbol: +4% glory in attacks (symbol: stylized serpent)
Second: +2% wood procution in all castles (symbol: feather pointing up diagonally from lower left to upper right)
Third: +2% stone production ditto (symbol: fiamond)
Fourth: +2% food production ditto (symbol: two stylized curved fish in the form of a circle: basically, imagine if these two parentheses () were the fish, rotated so one is across the top and one is across the bottom)
Fifth: +10% chance of finding better equipment (symbol: upward pointing horseshoe)


In all cases, if you include two of a symbol in your coat of arms, or just use one large one, the effect is doubled.
