Tool burner attacks lag the game a lot and are pretty annoying, so I think gge should add a function that restricts a player from sending more than a certain amount of attacks at one player until the attacks hit.  Maybe limit it to 5 attacks per player so someone can't spam tb attacks at someone else.  Anyone else agree?

nope.

It isn't pretty, but it is effective in a war...….
