Yes I know it's a legacy routine, but GGE has had plenty of time to fix this obvious oversight. A LL800 is much farther removed from a lvl50 or a lvl 69 than the same lvl69 is from a lvl10 player.

There's more problems than this with Shady Lady on some servers.
GB1, as an example, has a ruling that disallows attacks from less than 20 clicks outside of war (presumably to give players a chance to defend/support).
And, what distance does the shady lady put all targets?
Below 20 clicks usually.

Not true. After skipping enough times the distance can reach around 90 clicks.

I have a little whiny person that keeps messaging me. He first told me who hit him, then proceed to tell me I had to toss the person out of the alliance, and give him resources. I told him that this person is not going anywhere, I cant toss them if I wanted to as they are the same rank or higher then me. The whiner kept telling me I had to do this or that, then when I told him I would attack him in all castles because this is a war game, I was told I was bulling him and he would report me and make me lose my castle. He sent me about 50 e-mails threatening to turn me in to gge, but then when I told him he is harassing me, he changed his toon.
Now SL comes along yesterday, he was hit again, and the messages started again. Telling me to make a memo saying he can not be hit. I again needed to toss person so he can hit them fair. Because he is in the lvl 60, and persons hitting him were lvl 70s and it was not fair. So my response to him was to yell at gge for putting him on the SL list, and because he is so special they should not put him on that list again. Then told him to leave me alone.
He also has been in the 60's for his lvl for over a year!
Now SL comes along yesterday, he was hit again, and the messages started again. Telling me to make a memo saying he can not be hit. I again needed to toss person so he can hit them fair. That is self-imposed by the "Fair Play Rules" you choose to follow. You can ignore them and hit anyone you want at anytime. The Lady deserves better.Kyriakos (GB1) said:

Bullying in game is maybe unadvisable in many situations but GGS won't and shouldnt intervene until it reaches out of game threats or ingame harassment. Just wow on the players end.

Yes, he still is on ignore. Messaging some other people in the alliance. Thinking a warning shot may stop it. As much as he thinks me hitting him in all castles is bulling, him writing me 100 messages is harassment. The last 50 all I would type is Leave me alone. LOL He didnt get the hint so I hit ignore. First player in 4 years ive had to ignore.

Hitting someone in all castles is NOT bullying. That is what the game was designed for people to do. I have been on the receiving end of a well known Multi (to everyone else except me on ASIA1) and he hit me in all castles from 5 or 6 accounts that suddenly sprung up around me non-stop every 3 hours for 3 days or so. It was a bit annoying, but I didn't view that as Bullying. He WAS guilty of Multi-Accounting, but that is almost also never acted upon. I have NO DOUBT that you are not going to go to that level. I'll forward a request for the shady lady event to be reworked. You are right, max level players should not be getting sub lvl 70 players as targets.

Wouldn't that require the long asked for division within level 70? As the game is designed, once you are level 50 you become fair game for all level 70's. I had the joy of that once again when my Wasso account hit 50 - got several "Welcome to level 50" attacks from high level 70's. It has long been suggested that level 70 needs to be broken up into 3 or 4 divisions. If this is finally done for the Shady Lady, it would be great to see it applied to other situations as well...…...

No multi accounting... I have a hard enough time running the one I have. He got hit again, I got called a liar because he wasnt on yesterday so to him the BR is wrong and he got hit today and there is no shady lady. So I declared on him, we will see if he learns to keep his threats to himself. Told me I had to kick my other treasurer out of the alliance (which I cant) so he has a fare shot at him, who is actually a girl.
