I would like to see player messages and system messages separated as you can frequently lose messages from players if you receive a large volume of gifts / resources received or even special offers.  Players then think you have ignored them and unless they say anything, you never know. 

Just would make life easier, especially with the volume of special offers that now arrive. Might be financially beneficial to GGS too , example, today I received a lot of food and as a result, lost all the special offer emails.............. might have bought them.......

Just saying, gift messages dont count to any category of mail.

but when they come in, the number of mails in the player and system section reduces.  They do not display there but certainly are included in the max number of messages.

Can't agree more. Log in and get 8 new 'special' offers that push important messages out. And lets not forget offers that we can't delete for days.
If they need to spam us with offers then at least make a new tab for them.
