I personally stopped playing all the collectors events. The rewards are simply not worth the effort you have to put in unless you are someone who loves cosmetic items.
You always have the option to do real pvp, the collectors event will never be able to replace the real deal.

I think April 1st would be a more apt date for the collector events.

I enjoy to participate that event cause I can practice and try new things in attacking and defending both, testing new setups with new pieces of equipment etc. love to check others how they deal with the same things and always had fun with those items of course and at least its something different from rutine and the same events that are running in circles.Zenzer (GB1) said:I personally stopped playing all the collectors events. It's surprisingly difficult to test attack and defence with the collector's event, because the attacker gets the usual "Attacking another Castle Lord" bonuses, however the defender does NOT get the "defending against another castle lord" bonuses.Aegon Targaryen (INT2) said:I enjoy to participate that event cause I can practice and try new things in attacking and defending both, testing new setups with new pieces of equipment etc. love to check others how they deal with the same things and always had fun with those items of course and at least its something different from rutine and the same events that are running in circles.Zenzer (GB1) said:I personally stopped playing all the collectors events. Seems like the attacker is treated as an NPC for the defender, and the defender treated like a player for the attacker.

I'm bummed they didn't do the Halloween theme inside the castles this year. I guess they still have a few more days to do it, but it's not the same as last Halloween with looks and events.

Can use SS for this purpose.Kyriakos (GB1) said:It's surprisingly difficult to test attack and defence with the collector's event, because the attacker gets the usual "Attacking another Castle Lord" bonuses, however the defender does NOT get the "defending against another castle lord" bonuses.Aegon Targaryen (INT2) said:I enjoy to participate that event cause I can practice and try new things in attacking and defending both, testing new setups with new pieces of equipment etc. love to check others how they deal with the same things and always had fun with those items of course and at least its something different from rutine and the same events that are running in circles.Zenzer (GB1) said:I personally stopped playing all the collectors events. May not be a perfect comparison, but it IS an opportunity to see if you understand how the changes you make will affect the outcome of the battle.
Of course, this also requires people to send more than 32 defense troops...…...
