give us the ability to drag the commanders from one area of the list to another so we can organize them better rather than having to dismantle a commander.

and if it was accomplished by dragging and dropping equipment to one place while sending the other gear back to where it was taken from, the same method could be used to move Castellan gear when scrambling defense in a short time situation
