Here's an overview of suggestions from the last 7 years. Some are not massive changes, but interesting to see what ones GGE took on board, how they implemented it or if they ignored it.
IMPLEMENTED
1. Allow deleting of Will of Experience
2. Equipment lock (for quick selling)
This has been put in to the game and monetized. Instead of being able to effectively sort your equipment correctly and quickly, you must pay £14.99 for the luxury, which is extremely overpriced for a ‘convenience’ option. Imo it’s a usability and playability option, and should be free to all.
3. Deco relocation
Big decoration storage and no upgrades via fusion forge possible – great inclusion allows players to go at their own pace or pay to upgrade faster.
4. The double horn hide
Battle horns relocated and overlaid to save space
5. Dead RV management
This was suggested when RVs were hard to come by, but Private Resource Villages has removed the need to change the system. Great way to add progression for everyone, again either at own pace or pay to upgrade faster.
6. Ruby double troop recruitment button
Cooldown applied to help reduce the amount of accidental clicks, much appreciated
7. Trade drop down menu
The trade option on a players information panel now allows you to select castles from a drop down menu
8. Scroll bar included for alliance members page
9. Nomad camp graphic design improved to be more evident (this point is several years old)
10. Loyalty reward
This has sort of been implemented… At first we saw the introduction of lucky pennies, before you realised this was too non-profitable and recalled. Now you have ruby doublers and loyalty bonus for a subscription, you have implemented some form of loyalty bonus but as a monetised version only. Your non paying customers get nothing extra for their loyalty and persistent efforts.
11. Circular to ranks – implemented in the threadboard, brilliant system to allow more effective management of teams
12. More varied nobility contests
Although some new variations have been introduced, some old ones have also been removed. The sabotage contest used to cause a bit of trouble here or there, and the majority of your player base wont actively/purposely compete in the ruby spending nobility. I think there are lots more nobilities you could introduce (even going off the ivory pawn missions, ie. Storm islands capped, cultists towers defeated etc)
IGNORED
1. A scroll bar for spies.
Still waiting for GGE to save us from early set arthritis.
2. Combine res transfers.
Still have to send base and kingdom res separately. Now that construction/upgrade tokens and construction yard items are the main required materials for buildings / building improvements, I think it’s about time this was updated.
3. Scroll bar for other alliances member lists.
Whilst it is possible to use a mouse wheel, if players are on mac or a laptop, this may not be functional for the user. Again, would save us from early set arthritis...
4. Viewing other alliance’s members' honour.
This was possible years ago, when honour was pivotal in PvP. Not sure why it was removed in the first place to be honest.
5. Desertion choice.
It’d be nice to choose the order in which our troops die. If I spend rubies on troops, but then have to work late one evening and therefore starve said troops, it discourages spending more cos it’s gone to waste. Let us choose our cowards. (I’d always choose to lose attack over defence too!!)
6. Inter-alliance scoreboard for nomads/samurais & 7. Inner alliance looting list
For 6 & 7, considering the trouble Empire has with multi accounting, I cannot fathom why these have not been brought in. It helps alliance leaders track their team, and should help highlight those not pulling their weight (quite often multis start strong until they’re in place in a team, then step off the gas… Help us identify them!)
8. Freeze food day
I never really expected this to take hold, but upon hearing the sad news of the passing of a player’s family member recently, I think this should be considered. One day a year wouldn’t kill you but would mean an awful lot to some players. Life is more important that your game, it'd be nice for those that love your game to put life first when required.
9. Castle switch via defence window
Much like being able to switch between castles via the recruitment, tool workshop and military hospital windows, it’d be nice to have the same option via the defence set up menu to be able to sweep through all your defences quickly.
10. Improvements to guardhouses
This suggestion requested that 50% spy esps don’t provide 100% accurate castellan stats. If you look at the majority of top players, they will not have guardhouses – they might reconsider if they could hide some of their cast stats too. Guardhouses are outdated and at the moment, as ignored as storm islands.
11. Type-able tool quantities when purchasing
Although you can type the tool quantity in an attack, you can’t when buying tools. Should be an easy fix imo to help usability. In particular, tools from nomad shop etc. If we have to buy 160 horsetails a time for the most possible points from the LTPE, help us do it a little easier please!
12. Outbox storage limit
Requested this increase from 10 messages – people often archive guides and tips etc, meaning they can’t archive any other messages. Outbox of 10 as the limit is not enough. On that note, I’d like to see a separate inbox for special offers, rather than them pushing out genuine messages.
13. Alliance looting
Similar to the player loot rankings, it’d be great to have alliance comparisons to show despite teams’ PP, how active they are as a collective. This could even work as a form of nobility event etc.

3. using two fingers on the touchpad and it'll act the same as a scrollbar, works on windows at least idk about mac
8. too easily abuseable thus would not want it implemented
10. I don't spy anyways when hitting so wouldn't really matter and most top players I know only spy to know how many units he/she'll run into but if you hit top players you'll run into a top castellan so that wouldn't change much imo
agree with the rest

#8 How is that? Once in a year you could freeze your food status, I don't see how you could abuse that much? I would go even further and add it to twice in a year. It could even add that any attack launch will reset that to normal state.
#1 this should have been done all ready but not. Maybe they have contract with logitech?

I'm with Herveus on #8 and #10. #3 does not apply to me.
Freezing food should be a sys admin function. Otherwise it can easily be abused. I freeze food, crank out attack troops I can't feed and then launch a swarm of attacks knowing they will kill troops and return with food.
I almost never spy other players.

A lot of things could be done; granted. A couple more... 1) Not having to dismantle a Relic cast to insert a 'regular cast; and 2) A 'storehouse ' for 'built' casts or comms to be swapped out as a package... 2 cents thrown in the pot...

I have always wanted what you said, an "armor stand" system, where you have sets stored together and can be swapped out with an active comm or cast slot with just 2 clicks

That could easily be set like using a preset when attacking but for storage.

Can GGE please update the construction crane to be more useful? Right now, all it does is put subsequent building projects on the back burner, much like how barracks do with soldier recruitment. When the crane came out a long time ago, I thought it would simultaneously build things, saving lots of time.
So if you can update the crane or at least implement a build item that does this, it would boost your sales on the purchase of cranes. And time skips would still be relevant; it would entice people to go nuts with buildings.
