Since when do these hits to alliance mates give us horns?

Yes, event attacks now triggers a blue horn warning for the entire alliance. This wasn't a thing before.
@Crom Cruach can you confirm whether this is a bug or if it's intentional?

It's a bug, we are looking into the cause now.
