Yes they need to do! Just wasn't sharp enough to finish it the last time they came around...

Why on Earth would a company that has deliberately taken a hard turn to the greedy give us a chance to get some of the best troops in the game without spending money?

Every so often something good for the players slips through QA. Now we know QA at GGE is not very good at their jobs given all the bugs, misspellings and glitches, so it shouldn't be a wonder when something slips through.

Last I checked I could only identify 1 person doing QA. For something this size it should be a team. I think the issue isn't ability, it is volume of work per person.

Part of the problem is also that people having an issue don't provide information. You wouldn't take your car into a mechanic and say "it don't work" and when they ask what the symptoms are you just say "you are the mechanic, you figure it out". Most people would consider that stupid. The same goes for software problems.
