why have the tier offers and cart stopped this is the only way i spend money on this game GGE these bundle offers are poor no good giving us aload of troopsa but no flags well i cant see the point bring back tier offers and cart or you will loose money because i will not be the only one who thinks this

If you searched before starting a new thread you would see that there are already several ongoing discussions on the matter :-)

Why did you stop the tier offers with the tools, resources, troops and time skips, we the players want this back. I am not spending money on the crap you are offering us now.
