In the Alliance must be a penantly system in odder to command our grooups why dose not the game have this fuction? i do not understand.

It does.  One strike only.  You KICK them out.  Anything less than that, you handle on a personal level.  

But really, good leaders don't lead from the rear holding a big stick...…..

This is not penatly system to kick out a member must be a last solution For example if one of the comand staf dose not speak on the chat it should warn automatic why dose not speak, is the comand stuft. Penanty system would made our lives as chef easier than now. We need this fuction.

You could always demote the player if he isn't doing the job he was given.  I see that you are the leader, and you have several Officers in "Be Hellas".   If you or a Deputy feels that one of the lower command staff isn't doing their job properly, demote them to an even lower level.  Then to just a member.  Finally, you can kick him out.

Not certain what other ways you would want to penalize someone in your Alliance………..

I am chef of BE Hellas that is true and i am happy that my Alliance is know on the Game that mean that we do a good job even with current sistaution the problem that some players did not follow rules and i kicked (2 on 23) them out but when it is aboutt the chat miscomunecation then what  do i do? It should not be a automatically system for example my recrurman kardis had brought me have the team it was a treuserkeeper and i demoted but should ask me the system the reason why did i demote?
