So I'm a level 58 and before the latest update I was building castle gardens everywhere to increase my PO. Yes yes I know they're outdated and trash compared to the PO we get from events, but every bit helps.
However after the update the required level to build castle gardens was increased to LL 100. So now I can't build them anymore.
I have 2 questions:
1. Why wasn't this part of the update mentioned in the update notes.
2. What made GGS decide to increase the level requirement? They should know that they're outdated. They're not even great for a level 58 like me, imagine how bad they are for a LL 100 player. If I were you, GGS, I would actually decrease the level requirement, to make these PO available for players who actually still have a use for them.

Yep its dumb, most players by the time they reach LL 100 they already have many event PO items so its just a bad update.
To answer your questions:
1. Putting it in the update notes makes them look bad. In all these recent updates they've really focused on trying to make players happy so I can see why they wouldn't include a negative change, even if its a small one. Best to slip it in quietly.
2. I assume that it it profit based. It encourages lower lvls to spend money buying PO items from the shop, or to try harder in events and hopefully spend more money in the process.
