The subject title is an abridged quote from Crom Crauch' closing comments on the "is uk1 broken?" thread. Wishful thinking at its worst from my perspective; there is absolutely no satisfaction to be had from being repeatedly trashed in many different ways by currency manipulated accounts set up for that express purpose.
Crom makes other points but many are tinged with the same "head in the sand" refusal to acknowledge that players are legitimately complaining about GGS failure to do anything significant about restraining the proliferation of fake accounts which are the epitome of unfair gameplay, both in terms of multiple account holding and the currency manipulation that often (but not always) comes with them. There have been many suggestions about how it could be addressed and I am sure the technical staff at GGS would be able to offer more and better. Much more effective than anything I could come up with I am sure; so it comes down to having the will to take action, which is clearly absent.
The only remaining question is "when will the game collapse and die?" because it surely will. Players do not participate to be victims of unfair actions and will not continue to engage if GGS fail to address the issue. It's just a matter of how quickly the behaviour proliferates to the point where there is mass disaffection.
One final point. If something is done it must be seen to be done if it is to have any cautionary impact. Small and invisible bans are totally ineffective.

Crom is like rest of mods they just close down any comments which they and gge don't like
It's ok for swearing abuse in game but on forum it's against the law and you get banned.
In game do anything now and not one BAN from GGE.

it's private and not part of GGG . we take months years before we find out how
these players cheat GGG. in other words GGG don't give a sh-te about players
and are only interested in MONEY
GGG aint bothered they don't care they couldn't care less about cheating bullying
abuse of players . we shut ours eyes ears and say nothing . MODS are the worse they

We delete content that violates the community guidelines, if you don't agree with these guidelines you are free to not use the forums. As for your other accusations, we, or at least I, only tell you what I have been told.
I try to help out where I can, but as you may understand, there is only so much we as moderators can do.

That is part of the frustration, only input is from mods, who are often players themselves, often fully understanding player reactions, and yet constrained to toe the company line. They have very limited influence, just able to bring things forward at infrequent meetings.
This is the only place where anger and frustration can be expressed, and sometimes it gets directed at mods - but there is nobody else to direct it at. So, nothing personal Poseidon, but I guess it will continue...

You are correct in saying almost all of us are active players and we have all been active at some point.
But we do not attend meetings, we forward and discuss our feedback whenever we sit fit and others have time.
We try our hardest to fix the issues you guys are having but directing hate/insults our way won't help.
I understand you are upset with how some parts of the game work, I think this goes for all of us.
It's not a perfect world after all.
But spamming your blog post across a bunch of threads is not going to help, the issue was reported the first time you posted it, posting it again won't change the outcome.

The link in question was violating the community guidelines and thus was removed, posting it again without changing the content of the blog won't change anything.
As mentioned in this thread earlier, most of the stuff gets forwarded by us, some of it is picked up by Community managers looking at the forums. We are well aware of the issues, there is no need to remind us, the moderators, day in day out of an issue that's still not fixed.
We know this too and are trying to get it solved as quickly as possible.
