how about a quick tab for hospital on top right under the tools tab ?  would be handy esp. if you put the hosp. into the new military district building.

You can also acces the hospital from within the recruitment menu, it's the third tab.

If you click on the recruitment tab that's near the top right of your screen you will be taken in to the menu and are just 1 click away from being inside of your hospital
