Just being honest, I play to 500k - 1m every event and I don't recall when I last clicked on the ruby option, and last time I did support refunded it. If you're clicking on it once every 10 hits you just have to be more careful.

YOUR experience and *COUGH* skill *COUGH* in clicking a little box, does not negate the frustration from those who mis-click it.  Yes, I have also mis-clicked that ruby skip button when I meant to click the time skip one.  Yes, I DID get my rubies refunded from Support - THANK you to them.  (But, they also believe that there IS a confirmation button that you have to click when you spend it.  If you search up the last time we talked about this, you will be reminded of our "debate" on this.....but I digress)

That is DOES happen, and Support DOES NOT always refund people for doing it, makes it a real issue.  One with a simple solution.  That they are unwilling to make such a simple button move, speaks volumes of their "customer service"..........

I believe that part about the confirmation is just an automated response.
