anyone else notice that the resource donation popup from the npc citizens has become exceedingly rare?

It's not fine for me either. I've seen 3 in an hour where just a couple days ago I would have 10 plus in 30 mins while doing other things. Something seems to be going on.

Basically 2 hours to click 10 citizens, mostly wasted time as I was just sitting in castles waiting for one to appear.
For the record I'm at level 6 for that achievement and short of level 800. I'm also not a nonbuyer by a good margin.

I have seen 1 in 3 days now there is no way something didn't change after the downtime the other day..

Same for me, very difficult to complete daily tasks when they are required.

it's being looked at now I believe. However, I wouldn't expect a fix soon, sorry.
