Making a suggestion for a feature to change your account name using rubies. GGE has the ability, and most current and popular games provide this feature.

I am not talking about castles or outposts; I am referring to your account name. There is not a feature to spend rubies and change your account name.

I'm pretty sure there is.
You click the blue icon, as shown,
and then this shows up. As you can see, I haven't changed my player name.
And as all GGE changes are, the first time is free and the next is real expensive.

What the... I contacted customer support in the past. They spoke of doing it one time. I asked about an ability to use rubies and they said not possible. I am very surprised and thankful for the help.

I had contacted a year, and looked at these forums. If you do, you should responses that it isn't possible. I contacted support about 3 weeks ago roughly and this was still their stance.
