There is no entrance... You just need to attack the camps outside of your castle.

If what you wanted to see it, but I believe you mean how do you get points for it? If so, you need to hit samurai, foreign lords, bloodcrows, and nomads. The current ones to hit are samurai..

Hit as many as you can, the more you hit the more points you will get, and in turn the higher rank you will be in the Nail Biter.
