This game seems similar to one I played for over a year. Is it hard to join an alliance in this game? Most seem very established. any suggestions from veterans of the game is very much appreciated.:)

Thank you everyone for the welcome. Right now I am building an attacking the robber baron castles for extra resources to build faster. Any advice on town building is welcome.

your going to need at least 4 stone queries and 4 woodcutters for xp quests, and by level 31 you only need 4 farms, but i recommend having more than that

Hey Elmer,
Welcome to the game! If you like attacking then you're gonna probably want 5 farms, and try to keep them upgraded.
Also, just so you should have enough defenders, try to keep as many defense troops as attack troops.
And don't buy many swordsmen when you can unlock them, their attack and defense is awful.

Yeah, just get 10 for the quest, then slowly kill them
