oh and you were so close too!
but yeah wait till you are a higher level before you start an alliance, because at low levels, you only get people that are new and don't stay for very long

also do not ask for for pacts with high allaince. I did that and now my alalince is down to 13 members.

welcome DaniellaTowning, and i would not start an alliance until you are at least level 15, that way you wont get a bunch of people that only play for a few days
