I mean I'm level 12 now. But I've checked for the alliances surrounding me, most only have 1 member in it (them) and the other handful want level 20/30+. I mean it won't take me too long I don't think to level up to that. But still, would be nice to speak to people now and get any assistance if necessary.

no they just arent active

i need to join an alliance but the only one it gives me is venomous something and then it says that there are too many memebers

whel then you just have to wait
