this excessive time for building will drive more people away from the game

Just wait until you get to higher level buildings/upgrades. You'll wish you had 2 hour build times again.

then i would say that the building times are unreasonable
i play castlot i have for a lvl 60 building as little as 2 hrs
but i have 6 building on build at same time
only have 1 in this game means this game is very slow
I have seen storage 3 is over 9 hrs

This game is not meant for you, it is for people who can wait a year to get to lv 60. That is why so many people go into ruins, they cant wait.

these days everything takes 6 hours. you would be surprised, but i even have to wait 40 hours for estate level 3.

sorry, i made a mistake. Estate level 3 takes 49 hours. and marketplace level 4 takes 17, like sawmill level 3.

Just live with it. This game is for people who can spend this kind of time. If you can't do it, then this is not the game for you. Over level 45, almost everything is more than 15 hours.
And I'm sure you can get to 60 in less than a year!

lv 10 dwellings= 25 hours (and you have over 8 of them..)
lv 4 towers= 15 hours (and again you have a ton of towers)
and 30 hours is common in building higher lv. buildings.

ok the trump card for all this is 6.5 days to research vet mace. compared to building times the next closest i have found is the moat. at 48 hours but thats with master builder on

yes I am new and it seems this game is all about buying rubies. build times no longer matter you have enough of them. so I figure this will quicky become a few moves aday game.

when you're a very low level like 8, you level up at least 2 times a day. when you're my level, it takes 4 days to level up once, and i'm really active.
