Hi, I'm new to the game and just wondering if there is a way to buy and sell resources?:)

no you can trade though and when the barterer comes you can trade resources for coins and stuff

you have to wait for the barterer to come again, it is pretty easy to figure out when he is here, and you could just talk to another player and trade one resource for another. That is done by talking to them, and say they are going to trade you 500 stone for 500 wood, you send them 500 wood, and they send you 500 stone. but an easier way to get resources at your level is to attack other low levels
