hi I am new I think this is my second day. I have a market, how do I use trade barrows to exchange resources? 8|

Click on the castle or outpost you want to trade resources with, and then the options pop up such as attack if it is an enemy, espionage, transport troops if it is your own outpost, visit castle, etc. It is the resource transport option.

I was hoping to trade resources with neighbors, but I don't seem to be able to do that all I managed to do was deplete my resources lol

My understanding is that resource transport is really only one way, you drop stuff off. If you "chat" with other gamers/players you maybe able to work out a deal where you drop stuff at their castle and they drop stuff at yours.
Overall, no real trading market to speak of.

You have to set up an agreement with someone before you send it. Message neighbors and see if anyone bites.

just send message to your neighbor, if they want to trade with you, some of them are willing to trade with you, but first send a message of what you willing to trade with them and what you want in return, have fun trading
