I have to say, I've been through here before. If you have already done it, too bad. However, never let another person talk to him. It will never work. It's like having you standing alone in a crowd with your archenemy a celebrity. So, you try to talk things over but you don't have his attention. So you ask his bodyguard to ask him something that you have told the bodyguard himself. Except the celebrity hates you and your existence so the celebrity figures out that you have sent the bodyguard to talk to him. So the celebrity kills both you and the bodyguard. Just use your own words other than telling other people to do it. This is a war game people! Try telling him yourself, it is about 80% better than having other people do it for you. It seems useless that way.
Use your own words. Stand up for yourself.
Method:
1. Ask for diplomacy with personal message
2. If he does not manage to reply, bulk up your army
3. Spy on him
4. Attack him if you can
5. If you lost the battle or you can't, move your castle.
Conclusion: MOVE YOUR CASTLE!

dude, you are a beginner. Just smash the castle and let them beg for mercy, and then steal their resources. That is how you take care of an enemy. Let them beg for mercy, and then burn their dreams to the ground. mwhahahahahahahahahahahahaha
P.S.- Moving your castle means that you declare defeat and you are not standing up to the higher power. If you move your castle, then you loose the game. Game Over. No retries, just cry yourself a river and deal with it.

I don't care if you think I am a beginner or not, cause I have been playing this game for over 2 years. It's just that last year I made it to level 32 but could not pass because the stepmother asked for too much from my dwellings. The new kingdom quest had a slow down too. I don't care if you believe me or not, but at level 32 I know what he's talking about.
If he is trying to escape, he should move his castle. If he wants revenge, he's bulks his army. Personally, I would take revenge but from the way he is talking he just wants it to stop. What level is he and what level is the enemy?

Since he is attacking you just build a big army.Do not waste a lot of money.Try to save some of your soldiers and build dwelling and ungraded as much as you can then you will get more money from the tax collector.I am a level 8 and I have much dwelling and upgrade and I am making a ton of money. And,I'm not being mean or Anything thing but this is a war game you can call anybody a bully in this game because players like to fight with lower levels so they get more loot. Here's a little good advise, start a new game using a different email and move that castle close to your castle and use it as an extra supply. By the way I will help you in the game. Send me a message to Rise of nations.

heres my 2 cents worthbullyism is a huge problem in all rpg games where the large flags alliances empires what ever always prey on the weak weather they are a threat or not just cause it makes them feel good they are better
