I want to start an alliance. I have everything for starting it but i want to know that should i start it just on level 8 or wait for at least level 15 please reply me friends so that i can come out of this confusion? ?(

According to me you should join a Alliance first stay there till level 15 to 20 and then make your alliance when you have enough rubies to increase members limit and other things. If you join a Alliance for 15 to 20 level you will at least get some experience about an and Alliance and how it works :!:.

Hey alex i want to inform you that i have made a new alliance if you have honor above 200 then join the alliance my alliance name is Death or Glory
