How is this done? I did an advanced searched as suggested but nothing came up for this subject.

They give you an target and then you have to Attack it and you will get 100 rubies and 5000 coins in reward for attacking that player

Sorry I forgot to say You will get 100 rubies and 5k coins only if you attack that player and win if you lose then you wont get anything

Also, if you don't like the target the shady character is asking you to attack, you can pay 30 rubies to change to a different target.

how do you find the shady character does the person just appear on your castle like merchants? I've never seen one.

It's an event tent that appears outside your castle.

i always
ask before i attack another player with shady chereter, ive let others attack me and just moved my army to one side or another then got some resources from them its cool, got to make a ruby now and again, wish the system targeted non active players for the quest though
