My suggestion to you and all of those having game issues, in need of advice, or troubleshooting is to refer to the game guides in Forums. I have found most all of my answers by doing simple searches there. (However, I have truly grown from taking the advice of my higher level players in game) I can also answer questions if you cannot find what you are looking for. Please feel free to shoot me a note if you need some help!

Good day to you HeroWarden! I have had this same issue, and as I have found out, perhaps a simple Cache clearing on your hard drive should ease your log in frustrations. Absolutely NO ONE should be messing w/ your account, the only person to access your account should be you (game name/passcode should NEVER be shared). I do hope you find this information helpful? If not, you can always shoot the Game Tech's to help you further should you need add'l assistance. They are very quick in their responses! 8)
