Howdy everyone,
After investigating the reports into the Thorn King event resetting on the UK1 server over the weekend along with the server downtime, we can confirm that we will compensate anyone who took part in the event and lost their progress due to this (on the UK1 server only).
This will be on a case by case basis only however, and we will not be able to compensate everyone globally, so please contact our Support Team if you were affected and they will be happy to help you.
Unfortunately, we cannot restore progress, but we will compensate accordingly.
Apologies for the issues caused by this, and thanks for staying patient with us whilst we found out what was going on.
