Due to the issues we experienced over the last few days, we're going to give you a little token of our appreciation for being patient as we resolved these problems.

This apology gift will be granted to every player affected by the downtime over the course of next week. We'll give you more information about it at the start of next week!

If you experienced losses due to the downtime, please contact our Support Team who will be happy to take a look into it for you and help you to the best of their ability.
