Dear Community,
with our next update you can expect the following changes:
Heroes- From now on, you can make your Commanders and Castellans real heroes!
- Heroes change the appearance of your commanders and Castellans in battle reports, the travel overview and various other places
- They have both positive and negative effects for your army. These include positives such as a larger loot capacity or faster return journeys, and negatives like increased travel costs and slower return journeys.
- The effects of these heroes stack beyond those of your equipment
- You can gain heroes during raids on robber barons and other NPC enemies, as well as through certain traders
- Heroes can be assigned as equipment from the equipment menu. Likewise, you can put them back into your inventory at any time
- As heroes act as equipment they follow the same rarity grading system: common, rare, epic, legendary and unique.
- Heroes can not be created in the Smithy, but can be sold

Hey folks,
On some occasions, we have found that the full effects of Heroes for your commander and castellan are not correctly displayed in some areas, and the team is already working on a solution for this.
For the meantime, use the following work-around in order to see the full characteristics: Move your mouse over the item you wish to see the effects of and in the tooltip that then shows up you can see the full effects. In most places, such as e.g. the battle log, the effects are shown correctly anyway so this shouldn't be a huge problem.
Also; there seems to be a problem that causes buttons to become grey and inaccessible. Refreshing the game should resolve this, but we're working on fixing this too.
