Hey guys,

As some of you may be aware, there is a bug lately affecting some players accounts, preventing them from playing the game as it states that they are in Ruins.

We will perform a bugfix sometime in the early afternoon in order to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately, this will not resolve the issue for the accounts that are currently affected. We are heavily prioritising resolving the problem for the affected players however, and we'll try and get a resolution out there as soon as possible.

There will be downtime with this bugfix, and I'll keep you posted on when it'll properly go live.

Hey guys,

This Bugfix should occur within the next few minutes, so prepare for the downtime!

Just a reminder, this will prevent the problem from happening again but will not repair the current accounts affected.

Update!

Apologies for the delay, but we'll be delaying the hotfix for about 30 mins or longer.

This is to introduce a fix for the castles that have been affected by this Ruins bug. Hopefully all the issues should be dealt with after this goes live.
