The Weapons of Horror once wielded by the two legendary heroes of age; used to strike down terrifying Demons, piercing even the very face of Death. As these horrors succumbed to the Axe of Horror and the Bow of Death, the dark, crimson blood spilled on the green grassy blades of the Great Empire, the dark energies and corruption of the evil-doers were infused in the Weapons of Horror, threatening to corrupt the heroes. They knew what they had to do, they needed to prevent any more darkness from entering the world.
In a flash of dark energies, one shot an arrow and another threw the axe at their comrade. In light of their noble sacrifice, the gods of Goodgame Empire, the ones we call Admins today, took pity on the heroes, and allowed them to ascend as Admin.
However, as the two Weapons of Horror lay in the soft, undisturbed soil of the Great Empire, a Robber Baron King found it, and over years of abuse, the power of the weapons one day released all their unholy energies, as the Great Empire was split into six, their climates and temperature drastically altered by the geological shift.
The seven sons of the King went separately to each kingdom, searching for the weapons, which were split into six and went hurtling towards each new continent. Five of them were corrupted by the weapons' malevolent powers, each of them eventually forming and leading the Barbarians, cultists, storm natives, desert warriors and cultists. The other two were said to remain benevolent, and located the piece of the ancient relic to share, but sometimes erupted into power struggles over the ruling of their land, Berimond.
From what we know today, castle lords from all over the land are still fighting and hunting for the pieces of the ancient relics; stealing the weapons from the evil robber baron sons and trying to earn them for their gallantry in Berimond, all for the noble cause of presenting them to the Archmage for their true and ultimate destruction (And of course a good reward)
