Hey everyone,

As you may have noticed, there have been some issues with the Nomad Invasion event on some of our servers over the past couple of days. I want to give you guys an overview of what occurred, and what we’ll be doing for the players affected by the problems.


To begin with, the Nomads event of 11/2/2016 did not go live as expected on the UK, CZ, IT, ES, RO and HU2 servers. The event went live again today, 12/2/2016, and the players on these servers should have a package of Khan Tablets and Khan Tablet Boosters available as an in-game gift, until tomorrow. This went live at around 4pm CET.


After we re-activated the Nomads event on these servers, we received reports that the Alliance part of the event was not functioning properly. Some Alliances seemed to have their points from the last Nomads event automatically contributed, meaning that they couldn’t earn the Alliance Activity Rewards as they normally would. Right now, we’re working on another package for the affected players and plan to send this out on Monday.


Players that have been credited points towards the Alliance version of the event, can however, still earn points in the Single Player event, and towards the Ice Championship.


As a whole, we’re aware that this has been a frustrating time for everyone affected and would like to apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused. We’ll keep you informed as soon as we have more information about the upcoming package, and thank you all for being extremely patient with us over the past couple of days.

Hi everyone,

Just an update on this situation. We're still currently analyzing what exactly we can provide you guys with in order to repair the damage done by the Nomads event issues last week.

Apologies that it's taking longer than expected, but I assure you we are still working on this vehemently and I'll keep you posted.
