Hey everyone,
For those of you affected by the Nomad issues that we experienced last week, I'd first of all like to say thank you for remaining patient, and continuing to send your feedback my way. I understand that it's been an irritating time and I appreciate that you've still taken the time to give me your feedback.
We realize that the way this situation was handled was not the best, and will definitely work on improving the way these situations are handled and communicated in the future. For now, please contact our Support Team. They will handle these situations in the meantime, and there is a compensation package waiting for you.

Apologies for the delays in information flow regarding this subject., this is due to the fact that we've been having a lot of meetings about the topic all day, and as it stands, the current compensation package given out by our Support Team will remain.
We will have another meeting to review the situation on Monday and I will keep you updated once I have any more news to share with you.
