First of all, I’d like to thank you all for the constructive discussion and polite manner in which you voiced your complaints regarding the Nomads problems of the past few weeks. I know it’s taken a while for us to finally reach a decision, but I appreciate the patience.
This morning we held a Skype group chat with a few prominent members of the in-game community, voted to represent you guys. A personal thank you to all of the participants, it was great to talk to you directly and it’s definitely something that we’ll look into doing again in the future.
After some discussion and deliberation, I can now confirm what will happen:
A leader from each affected Alliance should contact our Support Team, listing their Alliance name and members, and then post their ticket number in THIS THREAD
Please send the ticket under the 'Other' option, NOT 'Technical Problem - Other' when asked for your subject.
A leader can only message for their Alliance. This does not include wings, sub alliances and so on.
We will begin manually crediting the accounts with the following:
10 minute skips x 30
30 minutes skips x 30
1 hour skips x 30
5 hour skips x 127 (maximum that can be held)
24 hour skips x 74
Khan Tablets x 2500
Khan Chests x 1000
Please also bear in mind that we cannot go over the time skip inventory capacity, so your granted skips will fill them to the max.
Since there are quite a lot of accounts to go through, it may take several days to fully complete, but as soon as we receive the first list, we will begin the crediting. The thread for Ticket Numbers will be closed on Friday at 5:00 pm CET, so please make sure to get your posts in there before the deadline.
In the future, we should be better prepared to handle these problems, but we hope that this will make up for the situation and keep you in the fight.

Just as a heads up, there seems to be a problem with our Ticket System right now. If you do not receive a Ticket Number, don't worry, it should come through eventually so there's no need to send multiple tickets.
If the problem persists, we'll extend the deadline for posting your number in the thread.
