Congrats on new position, but ur probably in for a world of hurt. GGE has been in a world of dis-function for a while, while the owners get rich. Proud player, our alliance in top ten, yet last "maintenance" program outage cost us lots,,, KT Towers, 300,000 men starved. Febuary 23 will be remembered, as we are boycotting ruby buys. GGE finally got back to me last night, almost a full month after incident, waiting on my proposal, if not, we leave this game

since i also have an other job and a life i'm not here 24/7, but i will try my best to answer messages within the 24hours
Do note that i'm a moderator and not a community manager, so for game bugs/ideas etc i have to pass them on which takes time aswell.

You didn't answer the question really " as a player how do u feel " ?????? or are you the only player on all servers that's happy ?

I hope you have a thick skin. It tends to get heated.
I note you are only a moderator - but given the lack of CM spines - I hope you get promoted soon. The current CM crop (sry Steve) are toothless and - quite frankly - ineffective - in providing any sort of meaningful results when it comes to Community concerns. They pass the info on - it gets ignored - Period.

If I read this correctly you will collect the feedback and pass it on to steve who will then look at I and possibly pass it on to support....?????
So basically that's like saying its another hurdle put in the way in order to slow down any responses and another person to vent our anger on because steve can not take anymore.
