Hello there everyone ! ¤
It's been a while since the last time we had a forum competition.
So here we are again with a brand new competition, with the theme *tadammmmmmmmmmmmmm*...... summer.
Summer? Summer? but Wicked, it's still spring ..... Yes you are right, summer is still far ahead of us,
but to make sure that everyone gets the opportunity to work on their entries, we decided to start the contest earlier.
Our empire citizens are having a joyous summer party!
Cocktails are flowing, the music is pumping and the water is juuuuuuuuuust right for a dip! The king has declared this a royal holiday and to spice things up, he wants you to contribute to his party!
You can provide anything creative to the party, as long as it fits the themes of Empire and Summer!
Stories, poems, songs, videos, artwork ... Let your creativity flow, blow our minds!

However there are some rules to the contest:
✖Please make sure your creations follow the forum guidelines.
✖Your creations have to be original material. No copies from the internet, we'll check.
✖Only one entry per person, but you can always edit your entry before closing date.

A few days after the topic gets closed, Steve and i will choose 5 winners and share them with you all!
1st place - Appearance item of players choice (Build Item) + community deco + 30k Rubies
2nd place - Community Deco + 30k Rubies
3rd, 4th, 5th place - Package of veteran horrors + tools +10k rubies each

To make stuff like my PP, one would need a drawing tablet. For example a wacom intuos. And a form of art program like photoshop or paint tool SAI
Either way, this time my great poem/story is under magnificent contruction.

Here is my entry, it is a story and a poem which includes: @CM Arcanine @CM Popeye and @Wicked as well as a lot of in game references. Hopefully you can understand it.
The roasting of fires in the winter light. As the soldier purges on his food this night.
A new land he is in with skies sweet like summer. With a woman approaching to greet our newcomer.
She greets him with kindness and says she is "Wicked". Then take his hand, and draws him from the thicket
A horse drawn carriage approaches with speed. With a driver on top with the name of "Lord Steve"
They both climb in with such elegant grace. And speed down the path with immediate haste.
They draw near to a castle which dazzles the eye , with fires that blaze, and light up the sky.
Exiting the carriage they are welcomed by a Clan, who's victorious leader goes by the name of King Stan.
A warm welcome he gives with a skip and a prance, as he invites them to an evening of food, drink and dance.
The sunset goes down through the hazy pink clouds. To move and lift up the morale of the crowds.
The music begins and the dancing ensues. But soon it is stopped by the bringer of news.
"A great army is coming with unrivalled speed! With a commander of brutality and effortless creed!"
King Stan falls to his knees and looks up to the skies. He solemnly prays for some help to now rise.
His prayer is answered and down he swoops. The winged knight of glory along with his troops.
The battle horn sounds and the tar pitch is prepped. The men all stood strong while the children all wept.
The horrors approach - what a sight to behold. Such demons they're facing, the men must be bold.
The siege commences and blood lines the walls, a blood curdling scream as the winged knight falls.
King Stan holds fast and his banner he holds, of Sir Bruno the Lucky from times of great old.
Leaping into the fray and twirling his sword, accompanied by his most magnificent lord.
A bloodbath follows with the wails of the dead, but still standing strong with knights that he lead.
King Stan plucks a bow and an arrow in pair, and out sails the arrow with brilliant flair.
Whistling and wailing in its colour of black, it finds its way into the witch's back.
Not a sound, not a whisper, not even a moan, the witch and his army just turn into stone.
The battle is won and there is cheering all round, the men's eyes gleam as the loot is now found.
The music restarts and the dancing begins. On this wondrous night the men forget sins.
The sun rises up with the the birds in song. The men now weary from the night that was long.
After eating, "Wicked" approaches our guest, Bids him farewell, and lays him to rest.
His vision turns white with a tinge of gold, as slowly he moves back to the land of cold.
He opens his eyes and leaps from his bed, as terrible pain sears through his head.
He finds his bearings, looks down at his chest, where the amulet of bone so peacefully rests.
Yet inside it's grip there is no longer a gem, but a blossoming rose on its thorny stem.
A dream? Or a vision? He will never know, and he sets off again on his march through the snow....

Deep under the coins, and the mountains of stone, he finds an amulet made of chains and bone.

A boy I know got 0.5/60 in his French exam... He wrote everything in English
The same boy had to redo his Latin test because for every answer he put the word "Carrot"

My lord My lord spring solstice is ending , what shall we do
Do not worry my warrior , soon we will celebrate the new summer solstice , this will bring Great battles , and just maybe some awesome rewards from are King.
Today we start to prepare soon after 13 moons, we go onto another Quest , as for now. I need you to get as many Rewards that is left from the Spring event . i see some lords have collect twice as much rewards as us.
Also there will be a Mighty Battle with Minden Millia who have taken the Royal Castle, they capture is with a cunning plan. Which in my opinion was superb , but we will not fall for that ploy again.
Hopefully this New Summer Event will bring better Equipment and a New Noble Decoration that will be fit for our King. it has been troubling times in the Empire . so let the Summer Event be a New Start for us and the Empire .
Lets all hope that the Summer Event will bring a smooth transitions for me , and my fellow Forumers.
Long live are King and the Empire.
