Hello guys,

It has come to our attention that troops and tools didn’t make it back to your main castles once the Storm Islands event had finished. The Team is aware of the situation and is currently investigating this topic as a priority.

As soon as we have clear information as to what’s going on, and how this will be handled, we will let you know. Until then, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we investigate.

Hey everyone,

We’ve been investigating the issue, and what we can do to resolve it for you. Apologies that it took so long for us to get this information to you, but we can now confirm what our current intended plan of action is.

First, we will send out a gift to every player that participated in the last Storm Islands event. This gift is intended to get everyone back on their feet again, and will include Wheel of Fortune Tickets, VIP Time and Shield Walls.

Next, we will then distribute a global compensation to the same players. The contents of this package are not yet finalized, but we’ll try and get it out to you all as soon as we can. It will be presented in the form of a GGS Gift outside your castle, and should contain troops, and particularly tools, to minimize your downtime, and get you back into the fight for aquamarine.

Thanks for being patient with us whilst we dealt with this issue! Specific dates of when the above will be distributed, will be posted when they are confirmed.

Hey everyone,


It seems like there’s some confusion as to what happened over the weekend, regarding the aforementioned compensation and gift for the Storm Islands issues we experienced, so we’d like to clear things up a bit by providing you with an overview of what was sent and when.


A Gift containing VIP Time, Wheel of Fortune tickets and Shield Walls, as well as a Compensation Package involving Ranged Troops , Grimacing Shields, Grappling Hooks, Mantlets, Scaling Ladders and Food, were distributed at around 19:00 CET on Friday, the 1st of July 2016. The Gift had to be opened (appearing as a GGS Gift), but the compensation package went directly into your account. These gifts were then available for 48 Hours and contained slightly different contents/quantities depending on player level. The distribution was as follows:

We’re aware that the package provided may not compensate all of the losses, especially for our higher leveled and ranked players. However, we felt that this package was the most balanced way to compensate the majority of players involved. If you believe that the package did not satisfy the losses you personally incurred, you are more than welcome to contact our Support Team.


As a side note, it seems like our US players did not receive the compensation yet. They should automatically receive it within the next couple of days, however.

Hey guys,

After investigating further, it seems like some of the above were not deployed properly. We will be sending out the 'missing' tools in roughly 30 minutes. After this, you should all have received the appropriate tools for your level bracket.
