Hi @Philt123 (GB1),

You should have received 2,000 rubies in the game, and you definitely have the forum badge :D

well in that case it could be or couldnt be, 2000 rubies come and go in the blink of an eye, there really is no way of being able to notice if its gone in or not!  Whilst I am gratefull if they have been put in there might be an idea, to let the player know its been done, ie ingame message.  Or do it as an ingame gift etc.  Becasue if you dont its really just a case of emporors clothes, ie you could say anything and i wouldnt really know the diff.  Even if its just an e mail link saying thanks for playing the forum game please click this link to claim your 2000 rubies, I know you already have that functionality as i have had in the past recieved mails saying come back and your account will be credited with xyz when i not logged in for a bit.

Same with all gifts really, which i thought was why now when you log in any prizes you won when offline are summerised for you so you know if you recieved the correct prizes.  I certainly never had any notification of rubies being added.

That said good light hearted x mass, competition, which i suspect most people didnt really do for the rubies.

Agreed, i'm just taking their word for it, although rubies don't come and go in a blink of an eye for me lol

Well, if you don't watch your ruby status, you don't need them tbh.
I did screenshot of ruby number before event ended so I know I DID receive those rewards.
Good idea with e-mail notification though

Well I participated in the creative contest and though I didn't win, I still expected to receive the forum badge as promised. Still waiting though.

EDIT: Forgot to say, thanks @BM ang1243   for organising this :) And I'm not just saying that because of free rubies lol

Hi @eibbed62 (AU1)

Yes, I'm not sure what happened here, and our lovely CM Rosie (who can credit the badges) was out of the office on Thursday and Friday, so couldn't credit the badges, and I can't credit them as I don't have the relevant permissions, they should be credited to you early next week.

i don't want free prizes, just make rubies cheaper and make the value realistic per country.

It appears that this ended quite some time ago. I would recommend against commenting further; there's no longer any use for discussion here.
