As you are aware our European servers have been unreachable today starting from around 10:00 am CET. The reason of this was a connection problem in the server provider centee, which we couldn’t possibly foresee and that we could not fix directly, since it’s a separate entity not directly under our control.
Because of the nature of this problem it wasn’t possible for us to take any action on the servers, which includes crediting food to avoid desertions. As soon as the servers are reachable again, we will grant 100.000 food to players below lv 30 and 200.000 food to players above that level.
We considered the possibility of a rollback too, but this would have required a downtime estimated in more than 4 hours per server, making it an impossible option for us.
We are tremendously sorry about this inconvenience and to make up for it we are preparing a compensation package that should cover most of your losses.
As soon as the compensation packages have been defined, we will share them with you.
