Hey guys,
Since yesterday evening Vanilla has been having a lot of problems... at 11 pm CET our Czech BigFarm team mentioned problems, and quite fast we saw that there are global issues with the forums. It looks like Vanilla have done an update which hasn't been executed properly.
A few known issues:
However, if you have any important problems, you can contact us of course. If you can't create a thread (we already had this after the last Vanilla update), please contact us via PM. If that also doesn't work, some moderators also have our e-mail addresses on our profiles
Of course we can't fix the Vanilla bugs on our own, but in some cases it might be possible to find a workaround.
Regards,
Your forum team
Since yesterday evening Vanilla has been having a lot of problems... at 11 pm CET our Czech BigFarm team mentioned problems, and quite fast we saw that there are global issues with the forums. It looks like Vanilla have done an update which hasn't been executed properly.
A few known issues:
- Posts of Moderators aren't in blue colour any more
- some Private Messages couldn't be sent
- In desktop version, the groups aren't shown in the top bar any more, but the following link still works: https://community.goodgamestudios.com/empire/en/groups
- Lots of errors, for example this one:

- Some moderation functions don't work as they should. You won't notice this in every case, but it's stuff like the content of threads we have merged is deleted. Not funny...
- The language changed, if this happens to you, you just
have to edit the last part of the link:
https://community.goodgamestudios.com/empire/en/ For example, if the last part is "de", you have it in German - to switch to English, you have to change it to "en".
- Drafts were being deleted.
However, if you have any important problems, you can contact us of course. If you can't create a thread (we already had this after the last Vanilla update), please contact us via PM. If that also doesn't work, some moderators also have our e-mail addresses on our profiles
