I believe the renegade events are currently discontinued for causing some sort of bug. Someone was asking questions about it just the other day..

Hello Minos,

Inside my group a question araised, of which I could not find a solution. Perhaps you can help me.
The Hall of Legends gives a chance to raise the power of melee and arrow force against Legendary level enemies (level 70+). In the first layer the Melee power can be increased with 5%. In the secound layer there is 5% extra arrow-power. In the 3rd level 8% extra Melee power and in the 5th layer 8% extra arrow. Where can I find any proof, that I have this extra powers?
