Dear warriors.

As most of you already encountered at the end of last week, the recently released Uniform of the nutcracker warrior set, which is available via the current long-term point event, has a tooltip which implies that the commander has a 50% cooldown reduction effect on all NPC targets. 

Unfortunately, this tooltip is wrong and the intended cooldown reduction effect is only meant to work on robber baron castles. We’ll change the tooltip description with one of the upcoming updates and we deeply apologize for the misleading explanation of the commanders’ effect. 

It’s not our intention; and it has never been; to advertise a game mechanic the wrong way and we know that a lot of you tried to get especially this commander as soon as possible due to the misleading tooltip. In addition; and as mentioned above, we’ll fix the wrong tooltip as soon as possible; our customer support is not able to help out on this specific topic, since the commander is a part of the long-term point event rewards. Therefore we can’t offer a compensation and we are sorry for any problems caused due to the wrong tooltip.

Furthermore; and we were internally discussing this option; we can’t add a cooldown reduction effect on all NPC targets for the nutcracker commander, since this would break the current balancing for most events. At the moment, the majority of events have a cooldown of 90 minutes and due to the recent time skip changes, where players receive more 1 hour and 30 minute skips, instead of 24 hour / 5 hour ones, there’s currently no possibility to lower the cooldown via a commander, since this would mean a complete event, as well as time skip rework.
